The St. Mary Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force, consisting of St. Mary Sheriff Dept., Morgan City Police Dept., Franklin Police Dept., Baldwin Police Dept.., Berwick Police Dept., and Chitimacha Police Dept.. report the following arrests:

Nancy Diaz 25 yoa of 115 La. 663, Bayou L'Ourse, La. was arrested on 6-26-2012 at 11:59 pm for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The agents of the Narcotics Task Force were patrolling were patrolling Federal Ave. in Morgan City when they conducted an investigative stop. They observed the suspect throw drug paraphernalia to the ground. The agents retrieved the paraphernalia, placed the suspect under arrest and issued her a summons to appear in court on 9-12-2012.
