St. Mary Parish Narcotics Arrest Report

Date: March 5, 2012

The St. Mary Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force, consisting of St. Mary Sheriff Dept., Morgan City Police Dept., Franklin Police Dept., Baldwin Police Dept.., Berwick Police Dept., and Chitimacha Police Dept.. report the following arrests:

Seth Anslem 20 yoa of 1451 Fourth St., Morgan City was arrested on 3-2-2012 at 1:54 pm for Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Abuse of Toxic Vapors. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force were patrolling the Morgan City area, when suspect vehicle was observed failing to stop at stop sign on Railroad Ave. During investigation Agents received consent to search and located synthetic cannabinoids and drug paraphernalia. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 6-26-2012.

Russell Daigle 33 yoa and Ryan Delahoussaye 18 yoa both of 219 Onstead St., Morgan City and Michael Thompson Jr. 17 yoa of 1026 Fifth St., Morgan City were arrested on 3-2-2012 at 3:05 pm for Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Abuse of Toxic Vapors. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force were patrolling the Morgan City area, when they conducted a traffic stop on Railroad Ave. on a suspect vehicle for following to close. During investigation consent to search was obtained where Agents located synthetic cannabinoids and drug paraphernalia. After the investigation suspects were placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 6-26-2012.

Hakeemia Bias 18 yoa of 141 Friendship Alley, Amelia, Jerry Henderson 33 yoa of 109 Chirpy's Lane, Amelia and Joshua Johnson20 yoa of 137 Friendship Alley, Amelia were arrested on 3-4-2012 at 1:58 am for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Obstruction of Justice and Violation of Drug Free Zone(Church) with Johnson also being charged with Illegal Carrying of a Weapon and Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of CDS. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force were patrolling Friendship Alley in Amelia when they conducted an investigative stop on the above three suspects. During investigation suspects were found to be in possession of crack cocaine and Johnson was found to be in possession of a small caliber hand gun. After the investigation suspects were placed under arrest, and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
