St. Mary Parish Drug Task Force Arrests: Feb. 26, 2010

The St. Mary Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force, consisting of St. Mary Sheriff Dept., Morgan City Police Dept., Franklin Police Dept., Baldwin Police Dept.., Berwick Police Dept., and Chitimacha Police Dept.. report the following arrests:

Donald Byrd Jr. 40 yoa of Terrebonne St., Morgan City was arrested on 2-25-2010 at 6:20 pm for Possession of Marijuana 2nd. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force were patrolling the Morgan City area, when they conducted an investigative stop on above suspect walking down
Federal Ave.
... During investigation consent to search suspect's person was conducted with marijuana being located. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
