St. Mary Parish Daily Narcotics Arrest- September 2, 2010

Katie Rochel 27 years old of 421 Park St., Apt. # 2, Patterson was arrested on 9-1-2010 at 12:20 pm for Possession of a Legend Drug (Promethazine Hydrochloride) and Violation of Uniform CDS Law (Drug Free Zone). Agents of the Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at above location. During a search of the residence Agents located several pills. After investigation above suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $5000.00 bond and was later released.

David Madison 47 years old and Chantelle McDaniels 34 yoa of 521 Augustine Maze St., Franklin were arrested on 9-1-2010 at 5:24 pm for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS in the Presence of a Juvenile and Violation of CDS Laws(Drug Free Zone). Agents of the Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at above location. During a search of the residence, Agents located marijuana and drug paraphernalia. After investigation suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
