St. Mary Parish Daily Narcotics Arrest Report- August 25, 2010
Leroy D. Byers 28 yoa of 109 Jupiter St. Lot # 1, Bayou Vista was arrested on 8-24-2010 at 6:05 pm for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of CDS in the Presence of a Juvenile. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at above location. During investigation Agents located crack cocaine with a street value of $2000.00, marijuana with a street value of $415.00 and paraphernalia in the residence. After investigation above suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
