St. Mary Parish Daily Narcotics Arrest Log - September 7, 2011:
Gerald Mitchell 54 yoa of 210 Mitchell St., Franklin was arrested on 9-6-2011 at 4:02 pm for Possession of Daypro, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a warrant for Failure to Appear for Criminal Neglect of Family. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force were patrolling Easy St. area, when they observed suspect walking through several yards in the area and conducted an investigative stop. During investigation consent to search suspect's person was received with Agents locating several pills and drug paraphernalia on suspect's person. It was also learned of a warrant for suspect's arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
