St. Mary Parish Daily Narcotics Arrest Log - September 19, 2011:
Jacob Hill 24 yoa of 127 Live Oak St., Baldwin was arrested on 9-16-2011 at 2:46 pm for Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids, Abuse of Toxic Vapors and Failure to Use Turn Signal. Agents were patrolling the Four Corners area, when suspect vehicle was observed making a left turn without using turn signal. Agents conducted traffic stop and during investigation received consent to search suspect's vehicle. Agent located several burnt synthetic cannabinoid cigarettes. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 12-19-2011.
