St. Mary Parish Daily Narcotics Arrest Log - October 20, 2011:
Keith J. Andras 25 yoa of 832 N. Cumberland St., Metairie, La. was arrested on 10-19-2011 at 2:55 pm for Driving in the
Left Lane, Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Abuse of Toxic Vapors. Agents were patrolling Hwy 90 in the Patterson area, when he observed suspect vehicle driving in the left lane. Agent conducted a traffic stop and during investigation learned that suspect had synthetic cannabinoids and paraphernalia in the vehicle. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $4750.00 bond at this time.
Michael Lumpkin 22 yoa of 114 Isabella St., Franklin was arrested on 10-19-2011 at 4:11 pm on two warrants for Distribution of Cocaine. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force located suspect on Willow and Seventh St. in Franklin. Suspect was placed under arrest on warrants and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
