St. Mary Parish Daily Narcotics Arrest Log - August 30, 2011:
Kashif Wallace 143 Village Lane, Amelia was arrested on 8-29-2011 at 11:45 am for Possession of Marijuana. Agent was patrolling the Morgan City area, when they conducted an investigative stop on suspect walking on Hwy 70 and Seventh St. During investigation marijuana was located on suspect's person. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 11-4-2011.
Raymond Miller III 21 yoa and Christina Breaux 18 yoa both of 1510 Federal Ave., Morgan City were arrested on 8-29-2011 at 12:53 pm on warrants Miller was arrested on warrants for Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids, Obstruction of Justice, Resisting an Officer, Abuse of Toxic Vapors and Disturbing the Peace, Breaux was arrested on warrants for Battery on a Police Officer, Interfering with a Law Enforcement Investigation and Resisting an Officer. Agents were patrolling the Morgan City area, when they observed suspects walking on
Federal Ave. An agent conducted a stop on suspects and placed them under arrest on warrants and booked them into the parish jail with Miller having no bond at this time and Breaux having an $11,000.00 bond and was later released.
Celeste Day 36 yoa of 106 Southeast Blvd. # 6, Bayou Vista was arrested on 8-29-2011 at 2:58 pm for Condition of Windshield, Expired Inspection Sticker and Possession of Marijuana. Agent was patrolling the Berwick area, when Agents observed suspect was driving with an expired inspection sticker and conducted a traffic stop. During investigation Agents received consent to search and located a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 11-4-2011.
Nathan Corley 32 yoa of 1431 Hwy 182, Bayou Vista was arrested on 8-29-2011 at 4:33 pm on warrants for Possession of Roxicodone and Possession of Xanax. Agent's located suspect at his residence, placed him under arrest and booked him into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
