St. Mary Parish Daily Narcotics Arrest Log - August 23, 2011:
Telisa Kenner 45 yoa of Solar Apartments #38, Morgan City and Keeton J. Trosclair 30 yoa of 190 Vega Court, Gibson, La. were arrested on 8-22-2011 at 10:21 am with Kenner being charged with Possession of Cocaine, Resisting an Officer and Obstruction of Justice and Trosclair being arrested on six warrants for Failure to Appear on drug charges. Agents received information that above suspect was driving a vehicle in the Morgan City area and he had warrants for his arrest. Agents located suspect vehicle on MLK in Morgan City and conducted a traffic stop. While conducting investigation with Trosclair, Kenner a passenger in the vehicle got out of the vehicle and was observed throwing an item to the ground. Agents retrieved item that was determined to be crack cocaine. After investigation both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bonds at this time.
