St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Report- September 22, 2010
Pansy I. Ardenaux 36 years old of 102 Dottie's Lane, Franklin was arrested on 9-21-2010 at 12:17 pm on warrants for Failure to Appear for Criminal Neglect of Family and Failure to Comply with Drug Court. Suspect was located at her residence, placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $105,563.35 bond at this time.
Jennifer L. Savoie 36 years old of 121 Live Oak St., Baldwin was arrested on 9-21-2010 at 1:39 pm on a warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks. Suspect was at the sheriff's Office for a background check when it was learned of a warrant for her arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 11-24-2010.
Timothy A. Pojar 30 years old of 1621 Federal Ave., Morgan City was arrested on 9-21-2010 at 7:22 pm for DWI 2nd, Failure to Signal, Resisting an Officer by Flight and Open Alcoholic Container. Agents were patrolling the Morgan City area, when they observed suspect vehicle failed to signal 100 feet before the intersection. Agents attempted to conduct a traffic stop but suspect refused to stop till he arrived at a residence on Franklin St... Upon Agents speaking with suspect an odor of alcoholic beverage was observed on his person. Suspect refused to conduct any field sobriety test for Agents and was placed under arrest and transported to the Berwick Police Department to run on the Intoxilyzer 5000. Suspect refused the test and was booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
Francisco Simon Pascual 22 years old of 3112 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia was arrested on 9-21-2010 at 8:29 pm Burnt Tail Lamp, Canceled License Plate, No Insurance and Driving without Lawful Presence in the United States. Deputy was patrolling the Amelia area when he observed suspect vehicle traveling on Duhon Blvd. with a burnt tail light and conducted a traffic stop. After Investigation suspect was placed under arrest on above charges and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
Daryl D. Fluke 44 years old of 108 Chitimacha Trail Charenton, Kaston Fluke 21 yoa of 79 Choctaw Dr., Charenton and Douglas Freeman 22 yoa of 133 Lydia Lane, Charenton were arrested on 9-21-2010 at 8:56 pm for Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated with Daryl Fluke also being charged with Obstruction of a Public Passage, three counts of Battery on a Police Officer, Resisting by Flight and Resisting by Force, with Kaston Fluke also being charged with Battery on a Police Officer, Resisting by Force and Threatening a Public Official and Freeman also being charged with Threatening a Public Official. Deputies were called to Levee Road in Charenton in reference a disturbance. When Deputies were leaving the complaint Daryl Fluke drove up on the scene blocking the roadway. Suspect came up to Deputies and wanted to speak with them about the complaint. While attempting to speak with suspect he became unruly causing a disturbance and refusing to calm down. Deputy advised suspect he was under arrest at which time he pushed Deputy and began to flee, when other Deputies attempted to detain him he committed batteries upon them. Suspect was apprehended and placed under arrest when Kaston Fluke ran toward Deputies advising Deputies to release suspect, when Deputy attempted to detain him he committed a battery on Deputy. Suspect was subdued and placed under arrest also. Deputies were advising several other subjects to leave the area, when Freeman began causing a disturbance and was placed under arrest. All suspects were booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
Tyler Sultan 18 years old of 2130 Hebert St., Franklin, William Hale III 22 yoa of 2130 Becnel St., Franklin and Logan Charpentier 18 yoa of 1533 Irish Bend Road, Franklin were arrested on 9-21-2010 at 10:36 pm for Illegal Use of a Weapon with Sultan and Hale also being charged with Handling of a Machine Gun Unlawfully. Deputy was called to 10548 Hwy 182 in Garden City in reference to subjects shooting a gun in the back yard. Deputy made contact with suspects and learned that they were shooting a shot gun and an AK-47 in the yard. After investigation above suspects were placed under arrest on above charges and booked into the parish jail with no bonds at this time
