St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Report- September 10, 2010

Tony P. Hale 32 years old of 111 Robicheaux Lane, Verdunville was arrested on 9-9-2010 at 9:56 am on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Issuing Worthless Checks. Deputy was called to above location in reference to a civil matter. During investigation it was learned of a warrant for suspect's arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $1500.00 bond at this time.

Alfred J. Turner 24 years old of 518 B St., Patterson was arrested on 8-9-2010 at 12:15 pm for Speeding and Driving Under Suspension. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 90 in the Berwick area, when he observed suspect vehicle speeding and conducted a traffic stop. During investigation it was learned that suspect was driving under suspension. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 11-24-2010.

Tyrone Vaughn Jr. 27 years old of 2036 Betty Blvd., Marrero, La. was arrested on 9-9-2010 at 2:01 pm on warrants for Failure to Appear on the charges of Driving Under Suspension and Speeding and a warrant for Jefferson Parish for Failure to Appear for Criminal Neglect of Family. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 90 in the Calumet area, when he conducted a traffic stop. During investigation it was learned that suspect a passenger in the vehicle had warrants for his arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
