St. Mary Parish daily arrest report for June 16, 2014

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the past weekend reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 113 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Ricky Comeaux Jr. age 30 of 404 Cotton Road Patterson, La was arrested on June 13, 2014 at 943am on a warrant for Failure to appear in Court. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. Bond set at $3,000.00.

Christopher Absher age 29 of 140 Sydney Jr lane Berwick, La. and
Cara Absher age 17 of 238 Southwest Road, Bayou Vista, La were arrested on June 13, 2014 at 1134am on charge of Simple Battery. Deputies were dispatched to Southwest blvd in Bayou Vista reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival deputy learned that the two suspects had committed a battery on each other resulting in said charges. They were both transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. Bond set at $500.00.

Jermaine Small age 34, of 279 Easy street was arrested on June 13, 2014 at 118pm on charges of Simple Assault, Disturbing the Peace, Aggravated Criminal Damage to property and Child Endangerment. Deputies responded to a disturbance between a male and female and upon arrival deputy met with Jermaine who was yelling obscenities. Deputy learned that Jermaine had gotten into an argument with the female living at the house. He was making threats of cutting her and damaged the doors in the house and cutting the wallpaper with a knife. While she was holding her baby he tried to hit her. Jermaine was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. No bond at this time.

Christopher Oubre, age 19 of 153 Highway 182 Morgan City, La was arrested on June 14, 2014 at 1133am on charges of Running a stop sign and possession of marijuana. He was released on a summon to appear in court on Sep 3, 2014.

David Bergeron, age 35 of 427 Tiffany street Patterson, La was arrested on June 14, 2014 at 614 pm on charges of Disturbing the Peace intoxicated, and Misrepresentation during booking. Deputy was dispatched to motel on Hwy 90 in Bayou Vista reference to suspect going to the lobby and cursing at the front desk attendant and causing a disturbance. Deputy arrived at the motel and met with David who was intoxicated. He was placed under arrested and transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. While at he jail he refused to cooperate with jail booking procedures. No bond at this time.

Michael Stover age 40 of 2210 Jefferson Ave, Pascagoula, Ms was arrested on June 14, 2014 at 703pm on charges of Theft of Goods from a business on Hwy 90 in Bayou Vista. Michael had tried to steal two televisions from the store and was caught in the parking lot. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. No bond at this time.

Travis Robicheaux age 23 of 133 Oak Street Centerville, La was arrested on June 14, 2014 at 859pm on charges of DWI and Careless operation of a motor vehicle.
Deputies were dispatched to HWY 87 Near Centerville, la reference to a driver refusing to stop for another agency. The vehicle had stopped on HWY 87 and upon speaking to the driver Officers observed Travis having difficulty standing and appeared to be intoxicated. He was later transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. Test results pending. Bond set at $1500.00.

Angela Weber age 46 of 115 Mercury road Bayou Vista, La was arrested on June 15, 2014 at 157pm on charges of Disturbing the Peace and Resisting an officer. Deputies were dispatched to Venus road in Bayou Vista reference to the suspect being in the roadway in an intoxicated condition causing a disturbance. Deputy arrived placed Angela under arrest then she tried to flee from the deputy. She was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. Bond set at $1500.00.

Charles White age 24 of 101 B's Lane Bayou Vista, La was arrested on June 15, 2014 at 930 pm on charges of Domestic abuse Battery, Deputies were dispatched to B's lane reference to a disturbance between Charles and the victim. Upon arrival it was learned that Charles had left the area. Deputy spoke with the victim and learned that the victim had been hit by Charles and pushed down. Deputy talked with Charles later and placed him under arrest on said charges. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. No bond at this time.
