St. Mary Parish daily arrest report

Following is the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office daily arrest log:

Jasmine Young, 22, 1402 Joseph Street, Amelia, LA was arrested on August 22, 2014 at 10:58 am for aggravated battery. A deputy patrolling the Amelia area responded to a report of a fight on Joseph Street. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Young sprayed another female, age 24, with pepper spray during an argument in the street. Young was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Scott Treadway, 50, 110 Naquin Street, Baldwin, LA was arrested on August 22, 2014 at 6:46 pm for driving while intoxicated second offense and improper lane usage.

A deputy travelling on Highway 182 in Franklin observed a vehicle cross the centerline of the roadway multiple times and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Treadway, and smelled the string odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath and person. Treadway performed poorly on the field sobriety test and later registered a 0.231g% blood alcohol concentration on the breath test.

The deputy transported Treadway to the parish jail for booking. Treadway was later released on a $7,500 bond.

Kellie Pyle, 31, 101 Willow Bend Road, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 8:29 am on the following offenses:
-Warrant for failure to appear on the charges of ignoring a stop sign and no child restraint
-Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving while intoxicated
-Warrant for simple battery, simple criminal damage to property, and theft

While booking Pyle at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on a drug court sanction, a deputy learned of the active warrants for her arrest. The warrant for simple battery, simple criminal damage to property and theft stems from an investigation into a report of a battery that occurred at a residence in the Patterson area on February 3, 2014.

The responding deputy learned that Pyle and a female victim were involved in an argument when Pyle struck the female in the face and pushed her to the ground. Also during the incident, Pyle damaged a light and took prescription pills from the victim before leaving the residence. No bail is set.

Dezin Young, 42, 742 Chetta Lane, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 7:09 pm for the following offenses:
-Driving while intoxicated, third offense
-General speed law
-Failure to signal while passing
-Driving with a suspended license
-Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family

Tammy Triggs, 44, 1101 James Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 7:29 pm for open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.

A deputy patrolling the Amelia area observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed on Highway 182. The vehicle passed other vehicles on the roadway without signaling the maneuvers.

The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Young, and a passenger, identified as Triggs. During the traffic stop investigation, the deputy saw an open beer can partially under the passenger seat of the vehicle. The deputy conducted a field sobriety test, on which Young performed poorly. Young later registered a 0.138g% blood alcohol concentration. The deputy transported Young to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set. Triggs was released on a summons to appear in court on November 14, 2014.

Denia Bonilla, 32, 603 79 Pines Lane Lot #1, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 10:12 pm for simple battery. A deputy responded to a report of a fight at a residence in Amelia. During the course of the investigation, the deputy determined that Bonilla struck a female victim in the face. The victim was transported to Teche Regional Medical Center for treatment. The deputy located Bonilla at her residence and following the investigation, transported her to the parish jail for booking. Bonilla was later released on a $500 bond.

Mikayla Rock, 18, 196 Shady Grove, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 10:53 pm for driver must be licensed (allowing an unlicensed person to drive) and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.

Damarcus McNeal, 17, 326 Cardinal Drive, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 10:53 pm for contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.

Ryan Boudreaux, 19, 212 D. Southeast Boulevard, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 10:53 pm for contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.

Ryan Bowman, 19, 442 Lagonda Lane, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 10:53 pm for contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.

Callen Richard, 17, 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 10:53 pm for no drivers license, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, and license plate light required.

Jayd Adams, 17, 712 Kelly Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 10:53 pm for contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Juvenile male, 16, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 23, 2014 at 10:53 pm on the following charges:
-Possession of Schedule II (Focalin) with intent to distribute, two counts
-Possession of a Legend Drug (Desyrel) with intent to distribute
-Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law in a drug free zone

A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area observed a vehicle travelling on Southeast Boulevard without a license plate light and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy made contact with the driver of the vehicle, identified as Richard, and six other occupants (listed above) in the vehicle. The deputy learned that Rock owned the vehicle and allowed Richard to operate it without a driver's license. During the traffic stop investigation, the deputy located multiple pills in the juvenile's possession and a glass pipe containing what appeared to be marijuana residue in Adams' possession. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings. The other six subjects were transported to the parish jail for booking. Boudreaux and Bowman were released on a $1,000 bond. Rock was released on a $1,250 bond. McNeal's bail is set at $1,000. Richard was released on a $1,500 bond. Adams was released on a $2,500 bond.

Jessica Everage, 33, 4352 Second Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on August 24, 2014 at 2:43 am on a Lafourche Parish warrant for failure to appear. A deputy made contact with Everage while responding to a complaint in Amelia. While speaking with Everage, the deputy learned of the active warrant for her arrest. The deputy transported Everage to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Nicholas Levison, 24, 1805 Main Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 24, 2014 at 7:13 am for the following offenses:
-Possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle
-Possession of Schedule I (marijuana)
-Possession of drug paraphernalia
-Possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance
Levison was also cited for speeding and failure to signal a lane change. A deputy driving on U.S. Highway 90 near Garden City observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed and changing lanes without signaling. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Levison. . During the traffic stop investigation, Levison informed the deputy of a handgun inside the vehicle. While speaking with Levison, the deputy smelled the strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. The deputy received consent to search the vehicle and located an open bottle of liquor, a small bag of marijuana, and cigars. The deputy transported Levison to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Logan Charpentier, 22, 1533 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, LA was arrested on August 24, 2014 at 6:32 pm for remaining where forbidden. A deputy responded to a complaint of a disturbance at Cypremort State Park at Cypremort Point. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from the complainant that Charpentier was seen in a vehicle backing into a garbage can at the park. The deputy observed that Charpentier appeared to be impaired and advised him to find a ride out of the park. Charpentier refused to leave the area and was subsequently arrested. The deputy transported Charpentier to the parish jail for booking. He was later released on a summons to appear in court on November 14, 2014.
