St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 72 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 112 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Drew R. Baugher, 24, 111 Rizzo Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on March 21, 2014 at 9:11 am on three warrants for failure to appear for a drug court status conference and failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. A deputy located Baugher at his residence on the warrants. Baugher was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond is set at $300,000.

Franklin Pearce, III, 29, 1530 Highway 90 W, Patterson, LA was arrested on March 21, 2014 at 10:42 am on a warrant for two counts resisting an officer by giving false information. A deputy located Pearce at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office in Morgan City. The warrant stems from two separate incidents of Pearce giving deputies two false addresses. Pearce was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. He was released on a $2,000 bond.

Kaleb Gros, 17, 154 Sun Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on March 21, 2014 at 2:26 pm for illegal carrying of weapons and on a warrant for criminal damage to property. A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area saw Gros on Saturn Road. The deputy knew Gros to hold an active warrant for his arrest. During the arrest, the deputy located a handgun concealed on Gros' person. The warrant stems from a previous incident in which Gros was detained during an investigation. While in the rear of the patrol unit, Gros caused a window of the unit to be out of alignment. Gros was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. He was released on a $1,500 bond.

Donald R. Webber, 209 Knight Street, Baldwin, LA was arrested on March 22, 2014 at 1:12 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A deputy travelling on Willow Street in Franklin observed a vehicle moving at a high rate of speed and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy made contact with the driver of the vehicle, identified as Webber, and discovered the warrant for his arrest. Webber was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond is set at $5,479.27.

Ambrose B. Coulliette, 26, 127 West Harbor Drive, Palatka, FL was arrested on March 22, 2014 at 4:42 am for disturbing the peace and unauthorized entry of a place of business. A deputy responded to a complaint of a suspicious subject on the premises of a business on Highway 90 in Bayou Vista. Using a description provided by the complainant, a deputy located the subject in the area on foot and identified him as Coulliette. Coulliette was positively identified as the subject who entered the property without permission. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Brian Mcdaniel, 44, 817 Memory Lane, Tylertown, MS was arrested on March 22, 2014 at 1:01 pm for stop sign violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. A deputy patrolling the Amelia area conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 182 for a stop sign violation. During the course of the traffic stop investigation, the deputy received consent to search the vehicle and located items of drug paraphernalia. Mcdaniel was released on a summons to appear in court on June 12, 2014.

Juvenile male, 14, Franklin, LA was arrested on March 23, 2014 at 12:56 pm for theft of goods and resisting an officer. A deputy responded to a complaint of a subject shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. While en route, the deputy received information that the subject was fleeing from the store. Upon approaching the area, the deputy saw a subject matching a provided description attempt to hide in a nearby dumpster. The subject was detained and positively identified as the shoplifter. The juvenile was seen placing items in shopping bags and then leaving the store without paying for the goods. The items were recovered from the dumpster. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

Katherine Sistrunk, 53, 266 Ricohoc Drive, Centerville, LA was arrested on March 23, 2014 at 9:16 pm for violation of the parish leash law. A deputy investigating an animal complaint on Ricohoc Drive learned that Sistrunk's dog ran out of a residence and attacked a neighbor's dog. Sistrunk was released on a summons to appear in court on June 12, 2014.
