St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, over the last 72 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 115 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Vintrell Boyd, 33, 1051 Grace Street, Siracusa, LA was arrested on March 14, 2014 at 8:39 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of resisting and officer by giving false information, resisting an officer, and disturbing the peace (intoxication). A deputy responding to a complaint at the residence listed above made contact with Boyd and discovered the active warrant for his arrest. Boyd was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bail is set.

Norma Gros, 47, 100 Two Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on March 14, 2014 at 6:00 pm for simple burglary. A deputy, investigating a complaint of a burglary on Two Sisters Court, located prescription medication belonging to the complainant inside Gros' residence. The deputy learned that Gros went into the complainant's home and took the medicine. Gros was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bail is set at $20,000.

McCollum Livas, 23, 106 Edgewood Boulevard, Houma, LA was arrested on March 15, 2014 at 12:58 pm for theft of goods.

Shameka Navarre, 28, 804 Easy Street, Houma, LA was arrested on March 15, 2014 at 12:58 pm for theft of goods.

A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. According to store personnel, a male subject and female subject were seen concealing items on their persons and in bags before attempting to leave the store without paying for the goods. The subjects were identified as Livas and Navarre. Both were released on summonses to appear in court on June 12, 2014.

Chanel M. Billiot, 22, 213 Ansley Place, Houma, LA was arrested on March 15, 2014 at 3:37 pm for theft of goods. A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from store personnel that Billiot was seen hiding items in her purse. Billiot then attempted to leave the store without paying for the items. She was released on a summons to appear in court on June 12, 2014.

Angelo Walker, 53, 778 Parish Road 131, Verdunville, LA was arrested on March 16, 2014 at 12:53 am for disturbing the peace (intoxication). A deputy, responding to a complaint of a disturbance at the residence listed above, made contact with Walker who appeared to be intoxicated. The deputy advised Walker to go in for the night. Walker stated that he would comply. Approximately 30 minutes later, a second complaint was received. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that Walker was yelling at a female subject. Walker was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bail is set at $500.

Margaret Breaux, 37, 124 Kate Court, Bayou L'Ourse, LA was arrested on March 17, 2014 at 2:50 am for possession of Schedule IV (Klonopin). A deputy responding to a vehicle crash on Highway 182 in the Siracusa area located a Klonopin pill inside one of the vehicles. The pill belonged to Breaux who was unable to provide a prescription for the medication. Breaux was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bail is set.
