St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 72 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to complaints and reports the following arrests:

Kenneth James Pauley, 29, 403 Plum Boulevard, Berwick, LA was arrested on September 6, 2013 at 8:38 am for telephone harassment. A deputy investigating a complaint of harassment viewed text messages from Pauley on a female victim's phone. Pauley continued to send messages after he was told to stop by the victim. Pauley was located at business in Berwick. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. He was released on a $500 bond.

Mindy Macaluso, 217 Arlington Street, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on September 6, 2013 at 8:42 pm for simple battery. A deputy responding to a disturbance at a residence on Arlington, learned that Macaluso scratched a female victim with her hands during an argument. Macaluso was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. She was released on a $500 bond.

Lucio Castruito, 20, 957 Lake Palourde Road, Lot D, Amelia, LA was arrested on September 6, 2013 at 10:53 pm for simple battery. A deputy responding to a disturbance on Westside Park Lane in Amelia discovered that Castruito pushed a female victim during an argument. Castruito was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. He was released on a $500 bond.

Christopher Singleton, 19, 173 Friendship Alley, Amelia, LA was arrested on September 7, 2013 at 8:56 am on a warrant from Morgan City Police for three counts of attempted first degree murder. After learning of the warrant for Singleton's arrest, a deputy located him at his residence. Singleton was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond is set at $250,000. Amanda Ross, 26, 1532 Weber Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 7, 2013 at 12:49 pm for theft of goods. A deputy responded to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with Ross who admitted to taking items without paying for the goods. Ross could also be seen on video surveillance placing items in her purse. She was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. She was released on a $1,000 bond.

Stephen Dale Baudoin, 52, 1536 Fairview Street, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on September 7, 2013 at 5:42 pm for disturbing the peace intoxicated. A deputy responded to a request to remove a subject from a residence on Fairview Street. Upon arrival, the deputy learned from the complainant that Baudoin refused to leave and was causing a disturbance. During the investigation, the deputy heard Baudoin slurring his words and also witnessed him staggering as he attempted to walk. Baudoin was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond is set at $500.

Terrance Brumfield, 20, 420 Railroad Avenue, Patterson, LA was arrested on September 7, 2013 at 11:43 pm for theft.

Traylon Jennings, 20, 508 Taft Street Lot #12, Patterson, LA was arrested on September 7, 2013 at 11:43 pm for theft.

Sade Lemon, 22, 117 Isabella Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 7, 2013 at 11:43 pm for theft.

A deputy responded to a complaint of theft at a store in Bayou Vista. The deputy learned from a store manager that employees had been stealing merchandise from the store. During the course of the investigation, the deputy determined that Jennings and Brumfield went to Lemon's register to check out knowing that she did not ring up some items and would ring up other items for less than the ticketed price. The deputy also learned that Lemon took cash money from the register on several occasions. The three were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set for Jennings or Lemon. Brumfield's bond is set at $1,000.

Marvin Gonsalez, 22, 125 Village Lane, Amelia, LA was arrested on September 8, 2013 at 2:49 am for domestic abuse battery. A deputy investigating a complaint on Village Lane learned that Gonsalez grabbed a female victim and slapped her. Gonsalez was located hiding under a mattress in a shed. Gonsalez was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Phillip John Comeaux, 42, 905 Main Street Apt. #5, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 8, 2013 at 1:54 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A deputy located Comeaux on the warrant at a gas station on Main Street in Franklin. Comeaux was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond is set at $18,801.39.

Sabrina Autin Voisin, 29, 811 ½ Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, LA was arrested on September 8, 2013 at 3:36 pm for improper lane usage, possession of Schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids), possession of Schedule II (Vyvanse), possession of a Legend Drug (Robaxin) without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia. While travelling on Highway 90 in the Morgan City area, a deputy observed a vehicle cross the centerline driving in close proximity to the deputy's patrol vehicle. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Voisin. While speaking with Voisin, the deputy received consent to search the vehicle and located several pills and suspected synthetic cannabinoids. Voisin was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Jamie Martin, 27, 465 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, LA was arrested on September 8, 2013 at 5:05 pm for domestic abuse battery.

Bryon Williams, 36, 465 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, LA was arrested on September 8, 2013 at 5:05 pm for domestic abuse battery.

A deputy investigating a complaint of a disturbance on Verdun Lane, learned that Martin and Williams committed a battery upon each other during an argument. Both were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Michael Kenneth Rein, 29, 20100 Park Row Drive 1204, Katy, TX was arrested on September 9, 2013 at 2:58 am for 2 counts simple battery, 2 counts resisting an officer, and simple criminal damage to property. A deputy responded to a complaint of a fight at a lounge in Amelia. Upon arrival, the deputy observed a male subject flee on foot. The deputy pursued the subject but did not apprehend the man. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that the subject, identified as Rein, pushed an employee and broke a bar stool. Later this morning, a Morgan City Police officer patrolling Highway 182 near the Greenwood overpass observed Rein strike a female outside of the lounge. Upon seeing the officer, Rein attempted to flee a second time but was apprehended. Rein was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
