St.Mary Parish Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 72 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 102 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Brant Michael Percle, 34, 511 Hilda Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on January 4, 2013 at 8:27 am on a warrant for unauthorized use of an access card as theft. A deputy located Percle at his residence on the warrant. The warrant stems from an investigation into unauthorized purchases made by Percle on a company debit card. The unauthorized purchases total over $650. Percle was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Robert C. Beatty, 62, 100 Stephenson Lane, Centerville. LA was arrested on January 4, 2013 at 7:44 pm for disturbing the peace. A deputy responded to a complaint of a suspicious person at the Patterson Truck Stop. Upon arrival the complainant stated that a subject walked into her Shannon Street home without permission and then began walking towards the truck stop. The deputy located the subject, identified as Beatty, and observed the odor of alcohol on his breath and person. Following an investigation, Beatty was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. His bond is set at $250.

Michael Stiles, 33, 1207 First Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on January 5, 2013 at 3:15 am for driving while intoxicated and careless operation. A deputy observed a vehicle turn erratically without using turn signal off of Hwy. 182 and conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver, identified as Stiles, the deputy observed the odor of alcohol on his breath. During the course of the investigation Stiles performed poorly on the field sobriety test and later registered a .140g% on the Intoxilyzer 5000 breath test. Stiles was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Aryan Alberto Vasquez, 26, 39 Grizzaffi Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on January 6, 2013 at 2:51 am for driving while intoxicated, improper lane usage, unlawful possession of fraudulent documents, and operating a vehicle without lawful presence in the United States. A deputy observed a vehicle swerving from lane to lane onto the shoulder of Highway 182 in Amelia and conducted a traffic stop. Upon speaking with the driver, identified as Vasquez, the deputy observe the odor of alcohol on his breath and person. Vasquez performed poorly on the field sobriety test and later registered a .147g% on the Intoxilyzer 5000 breath test. Also during the course of the investigation Vasquez provided an invalid Texas identification card. Vasquez was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Jonathan Dake, 18, 404 Camille Drive Patterson, LA was arrested on January 6, 2013 at 5:50 pm for criminal damage to property (over $500) and criminal trespassing.

Kendall Banks, 17, 507 Mike Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on January 6, 2013 at 6:04 pm for criminal damage to property (over $500) and criminal trespassing.

A deputy responded to a complaint of property damage on Zenor Road. Upon arrival the deputy learned from the complainant that a truck was doing donuts on his property causing damage to the land. The deputy made contact with the driver of the vehicle, identified as Dake, and the passenger, identified as Banks. Following the investigation, both Dake and Banks were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Both were released on a $1250 bond.
