St.Mary Parish Daily Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 53 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Santos M. Morales Guerrero, 27, 805 Cypress Street, Amelia, LA was arrested on December 19, 2012 at 7:07 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of no drivers license and careless operation. A deputy patrolling the Amelia area conducted a traffic stop. During the investigation the deputy learned that Guerrero was wanted on the warrant. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. He was released on a $328.50 bond.

Carl Anthony Williams, 28, 103 Beau Lane, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on December 19, 2012 at 8:11 am on warrants for failure to register as a sex offender and failure to notify law enforcement of a change of address. Williams was located on the warrants by the St Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Offender Officer who oversees registration for sex offenders in St. Mary Parish. In the state of Louisiana sex offenders have three days to register their current address after moving to a new residence. Williams also failed to register as a sex offender. The registration must be completed yearly. Williams was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond has been set.

Jonathan Borne, 30, 110 Bornes Lane Centerville, LA was arrested on December 19, 2012 at 8:59 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of speeding. A deputy located Borne at his residence on the warrant. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Borne was released on a $334.50 bond.

Michael Shane Drummond, 33, 900 Short Street Alley, Morgan City, LA was arrested on December 19, 2012 at 1:00 pm on warrants for driving while intoxicated, domestic abuse battery, and violation of a protective order and on a warrant from Ascension Parish for domestic abuse battery. A deputy located Drummond at his residence on the warrant. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond has been set.

Ronald Joseph Armond, 40, 174 Andras Street, Bayou L'Ourse, LA was arrested on December 19, 2012 at 6:19 pm for driving while intoxicated and careless operation of a motor vehicle. A deputy responded to a complaint of a two vehicle crash on Lake Palourde Road in Amelia. The deputy made contact with one of the drivers identified as Armond. Armond appeared to be impaired, unable to stand on his own and slurring his speech. During the course of the investigation the deputy conducted a field sobriety test. Armond performed poorly. He later registered a .00g% blood alcohol content on the breath test. Armond gave consent to search his person. During the search the deputy located over 5 dozen Suboxone patches. A blood test is pending. Armond was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond has been set.

Marco Antonio Gonzalez, 28, 3608 Bryan Avenue, Fort Worth, TX was arrested on December 20, 2012 at 1:52 am for driving while intoxicated 3rd offense, failure to signal, reckless operation with an accident, no drivers license, resisting an officer by force, and misrepresentation during booking. A deputy observed a vehicle stopped in the roadway on Hwy. 182 near Martin Luther King Boulevard. The deputy then observed the vehicle fail to use a turn signal as it entered a parking lot. The vehicle then sped up and jumped a parking stop. The deputy conducted a traffic stop. Upon coming into contact with the driver, identified as Gonzalez, the deputy observed the strong odor of alcohol on his breath and person. During the course of the investigation Gonzalez was unable to produce a drivers license, and refused both the field sobriety test and breath test. He also attempted to strike the deputy with his head. Gonzalez was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration during which he refused to provide information. No bond is set.

Glenn Miller Mitchell, Jr., 25, 607 Ford Industrial Road, Gibson, LA was arrested on December 20, 2012 at 4:19 am on a warrant for criminal neglect of family. A deputy on patrol in the Bayou Vista area responded to a complaint of a suspicious person on Highway 90. Upon arrival the deputy made contact with a subject who was sleeping on the sidewalk. The subject was identified as Mitchell. During the investigation the deputy learned that Mitchell was wanted on the warrant. While being transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration, Mitchell became combative. His bond is set at $10,516.69.
