St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark A. Hebert during the last 24 hours the Sheriff's Office responded to 33 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Ruben Garza Sr. age 51 of 270 Aycock street Morgan City, La was arrested on 5-22-2012 at 153pm in Amelia, La on two warrants. One warrent for Failure to comply with probation on charge of Possession of Stolen things, and a second warrant from Houma PD on charge of Failure to appear for Fraud. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. His bond set at $1800.00.
Dwayne Rodriguez age 40 of 1224 Victoria Riverside Road Patterson, La was arrested on 5-22-2012 at 744pm on charges of Domestic abuse battery. The deputies were called to the location in reference to an argument. During the questioning the deputy learned that Dwayne had committed a battery on his wife resulting in said charges. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. There is no bond at this time.
