St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Log- July 14, 2010
Ronald Gage 54 years old of 7212 Hwy 182 East, Solar Apt. # 14, Morgan City was arrested on 7-13-2010 at 1:14 pm on two warrants for Failure to Comply with Drug Court. Suspect was located at above location, placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $200,000.00 bond at this time.
Barbara T. Vicknair 60 years old of 3017 Lesley Dr., Morgan City was arrested on 7-13-2010 at 2:05 pm on a warrant for St. Martin Parish for 383 counts of Monetary Instrument Abuse, Malfeasance and Injuring Public Records. Suspect was located at her residence, placed under arrest on warrant and booked into the parish jail and later transferred to St. Martin Parish.
Michael R. Schulmeister 41 years old of 2001 Second St., Morgan City was arrested on 7-13-2010 at 4:23 pm for Open Alcoholic Container. Deputy was patrolling Lake Palourde Road in Amelia when he conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired inspection sticker. During investigation suspect a passenger in the vehicle was observed with an open alcoholic container. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 10-20-2010.
Albert T. Hebert 45 yoa of 470 Gus St., Berwick was arrested on 7-13-2010 at 6:30 pm on warrants for Assumption Parish for Failure to Appear on the charge of Simple Battery and Failure to Appear on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Suspect was located in the Morgan City area, placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
Maurice J. Rhine 21 yoa of 2137 Hwy 83, Baldwin was arrested on 7-14-2010 at 1:05 am on two warrants for Failure to Comply with Drug Court and was also charged with Resisting Arrest. Deputy was patrolling the Sorrell area, when he conducted an investigative stop on above suspect sitting at an abandoned residence. During investigation it was learned of warrants for suspect's arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest at which time he attempted to run and Deputy had to subdue him. Suspect was booked into the parish jail with a $201,000.00 bond at this time.
