St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Log - January 5, 2012:
Jamye Pisani 34 yoa and Michael Pisani 32 yoa both of 598 Parish Road 131, Franklin was arrested on 1-4-2012 at 5:25 am for Domestic Abuse Battery with Jayme Pisani also being charged with Illegal Use of a Weapon and a warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks. Deputy was called to above location in reference to subject shooting at her husband. Upon Deputy's arrival to the residence contact was made with Michael Pisani who advised that he and his wife had a Physical altercation, when she grabbed a gun and began firing it in the residence. Jayme Pisani was located at a neighbor's residence and questioned in reference to the incident. After investigation both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with Jayme having a $20,750.00 bond and Michael having a $7500.00 bond both, were later released.
Joseph Barlow 51 yoa of 4213 Polite Lane, New Iberia, La. and Blair Smith 50 yoa of 4914 Autumn St., Jeanerette were arrested on 1-4-2012 at 12:39 pm for Criminal Trespass. Deputy was called to the Charenton Levee area in reference to trespassers. Deputy was met at location by complaint that had a lease to the property and advised that two suspects were located in a boat on his pond. Suspect were called to their vehicle and advised that they were trespassing on complainant's property and placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 4-16-2012.
Elithia Thomas 29 yoa of 419 Ninth St., Franklin was arrested on 1-4-2012 at 2:35 pm on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Issuing Worthless Checks. Suspect was located at her residence, placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $1000.00 bond and was later released.
On 1-4-2012 at 11:28 pm three Female Juveniles 16 and two 14 yoa were arrested for Curfew Violation. Deputy was patrolling the Bayou Vista area, when he located the three juveniles at the corner of Saturn and Jupiter St... Deputy conducted an investigative stop and learned that the juvenile were out past curfew. Juveniles were placed under arrest and released to guardians pending juvenile court proceedings.
