St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Log - January 31, 2012:
Cherie A. Welch 22 Yoa of 103 Teche Court, Baldwin was arrested on 1-30-2012 at 1:03 pm on warrants for Failure to Comply with Drug Court, Failure to Appear on the charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Signal and a warrant for Lafayette Parish for Failure to Appear on the charge of Theft. Suspect was located in the Patterson area, placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
Shanice Thomas 23 yoa of 311 Fifth St., Morgan City was arrested on 1-30-2012 at 4:20 pm on a warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks. Suspect was located in the Bayou Vista area, placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 4-16-2012.
Tobias Madrigal 29 yoa of 429 Tiffany St., Patterson was arrested on 1-30-2012 at 4:15 pm on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Revocation Hearing. Suspect was located on
Tiffany St., placed under arrest on warrant and booked into the parish jail with a $2500.00 bond and was later released.
Michael Thompson 17 yoa of 1026 ½ Fifth St., Morgan City was arrested on 1-30-2012 at 11:50 pm for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute. Deputy was patrolling the Amelia area, when he conducted an investigative stop on three subjects sitting in a vehicle on Friendship Alley. During investigation Deputy observed a rock of crack cocaine in the driver's seat. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
