St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest Log - December 16, 2011:
On 12-15-2011 at 8:59 am a Juvenile Male 12 yoa of Patterson was arrested for Simple Battery on a Police Officer. Deputy at the St.MaryAlternative School was called to a classroom in reference to a disturbance in the classroom. Upon Deputy was speaking with suspect who refused to comply with Deputy's orders and committed a battery upon her. Juvenile was placed under arrest, processed and released to guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Danielle Paul 17 yoa of 106 Freeman St., Patterson and a Juvenile Female 16 yoa of Patterson were arrested on 12-15-2011 at 11:45 am for Disturbing the Peace by Fighting. Deputy was called to PattersonHigh School in reference to a fight. Upon Deputy's arrival school official advised that he broke up a fight with the suspects in the hallway. After investigation suspects were placed under arrest with Paul being booked into the parish jail with a $250.00 bond and was later released and Juvenile being processed and released to guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
