St. Mary Parish Daily Arrest 01/18/2012

According to Sheriff Mark A. Hebert during the last 24 hours the Sheriff's Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:


Richesha Colar 34 yoa of 1711 West Iberia St., Franklin was arrested for Theft over $500. Deputy was called to Landry Truck Stop in reference to an employee theft. Upon Deputy's arrival store manager advised that she has video footage where suspect has been discounting and void items purchased and giving to customers. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.


Dane M. St. Pe 42 yoa of 32 Sharon Place, Waggaman, La. was arrested on 1-17-2012 at 12:06 pm for Driving Under Suspension. Deputy was patrolling the Amelia area, when suspect vehicle was stopped for an expired inspection sticker. During investigation it was learned that suspect was driving under suspension. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 4-16-2012


Marc A. Duhon 24 yoa of 3009 Carrol Road, Morgan City was arrested on 1-17-2012 at 12:15 pm on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Conspiracy to Commit Distribution of Xanax. Suspect was brought to the Morgan City Sheriff's Office by Probation and Parole on a warrant. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $5000.00 bond and was later released.


Alexis Nerve 27 yoa of 310 Wren St., Patterson was arrested on 1-17-2012 at 4:35 pm for Unauthorized use of an Access Card. Arrest stems from an investigation into the theft of card from the Amelia Belle Casino. Above suspect was developed and brought in for questioning. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 4-16-2012.
