St. Mary Parish Arrest Reports - March 9, 2011

Jada Aloisio 41 yoa of 606 Onstead St., Morgan City was arrested on 3-7-2011 at 9:56 am on a warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks. Suspect turned herself into the Morgan City Sheriff's Office after learning of a warrant for her arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 6-24-2011.

Raoul Sheets 55 yoa of 913 Myrtle St., Morgan City was arrested on 3-7-2011 at 12:45 pm on a warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks. Suspect was located at his residence, placed under arrest on warrants and issued a summons to appear in court on 6-24-2011.

Brent W. Bergeron 22 yoa of 222 Lake Road, Franklin was arrested on 3-7-2011 at 9:28 pm on warrants for Failure to Appear on the charge of Speeding and a warrant for Terrebonne Parish for Failure to Appear on the charge of Speeding. Deputy was patrolling the Centerville area, when he conducted a traffic stop on
Centerville Bridge Road
. During investigation it was learned of warrants for suspect's arrest. Suspect was booked into the parish jail with a $5000.00 bond at this time.

Daniel J. Hillebrandt 36 yoa of 1538 Sandra St., Morgan City was arrested on 3-7-2011 at 10:05 pm for Failure to Use Signal, Possession of Loritab, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputy was patrolling the Patterson area, when he observed suspect vehicle turn onto Hwy 90 without using a turn signal. Deputy conducted a traffic stop and during investigation received consent to search and located a bag of marijuana, three loritabs pills and drug paraphernalia on suspect's person. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

Dennis Mitchell 22 yoa of 1401 Hickory St., Patterson was arrested on 3-7-2011 at 10:55 pm for Loud Music Emitting from Vehicle Prohibited and Driving Under Suspension. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 182 in the Centerville area, when he observed suspect vehicle playing loud music from his vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. During investigation it was learned that suspect was driving under suspension also. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 6-24-2011.

William Joseph Jr. 50 yoa of 154 South Clausen Road, Verdunville was arrested on 3-8-2011 at 3:07 am for License Plate Light Required, Driving Under Suspension, Open Alcoholic Container, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoids and a Warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputy was patrolling the Verdunville area, when he conducted a traffic stop for license plate light required. During investigation it was learned that suspect was driving under suspension also. Consent to search vehicle was obtained with an open alcoholic container. Deputy also located a bag containing synthetic cannabinoids. Deputy was also advised during investigation the license plate of vehicle was reported stolen. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail on above charges and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.


Marquez Almazan Perfecto 27 yoa and Catherine Castillo 44 yoa both of 711 Terrebonne St. # 27, Morgan City were arrested on 3-8-2011 at 3:52 am with Perfecto being charged with No Tail Lights and Possession of Cocaine and Castillo being charged with Possession of Cocaine. Deputy was patrolling the Amelia area, when he conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 90 for a burnt tail light. During investigation consent to search was obtained with Deputy locating several rocks of crack cocaine in the passenger side door. After investigation both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bonds at this time.


Gayneaux P. Trahan 47 yoa of 105 Firmin St., Franklin was arrested on 3-8-2011 at 8:44 pm for Disturbing the Peace Intoxicated, Simple Assault and Criminal Trespass. Deputy was called to
103 Firmin St.
in reference to a disturbance. Upon Deputy's arrival it was learned from complainant and witnesses that above suspect began yelling at complainant and then went into his yard and attempted to commit a battery upon complainant with complainant blocking the punch and suspect falling to the ground. Suspect then left the area. Deputy was called back to the area when suspect returned home. Deputy made contact with suspect and after investigation he was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $1000.00 bond at this time.
