St. Mary Parish Arrest Report: March 12, 2010

According to Sheriff David Naquin during the last 24 hours the Sheriff's
Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Kyle Keegan 34 yoa of 1550 Young's Road, Morgan City was arrested on
3-11-2010 at 9:58 pm for Reckless Operation, Simple Battery and Disturbing
the Peace Obscene Language. Deputy was called to the Chevron Gas Station on
Hwy 317 in reference to an accident. Upon Deputy's arrival store security
and a witness advised that above suspect drove into the parking lot hitting
another vehicle. Suspect then entered the store and was attempting to leave
when he was detained by security. Security advised that suspect began to
cause a disturbance and when he was assisted by witness the suspect
committed a battery upon the witness. After investigation above suspect was
placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $1250.00 bond at
this time.
