St. Mary Parish Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 51 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Kentroy Lewis, 21, 1009 Iberia Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on October 10, 2013 at 2:42 pm on a warrant for failure to register and notify as a sex offender. Lewis turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office in Franklin after learning of the warrant for his arrest. Lewis was convicted of carnal knowledge of a juvenile in St. Mary Parish in April 2013. Lewis was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Milton Boudreaux, Jr., 48, 3004 Lizabeth Drive, Morgan City, LA was arrested on October 10, 2013 at 2:59 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of synthetic cannabinoids with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Boudreaux was located at the parish courthouse in Franklin on the warrant. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Sarah E. Lombes, 30, 227 Southwest Boulevard, Morgan City, LA was arrested on October 10, 2013 at 11:41 pm for headlights required and possession of Schedule II (Percocet).

Gene A. Griffin, 59, 709 N. Bayou Road, Golden Meadow, LA was arrested on October 10, 2013 at 11:41 pm for possession of Schedule II (Percocet).

A deputy patrolling the Amelia area saw a vehicle with a faulty headlight on Highway 182 and conducted a traffic stop. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Lombes, and a passenger, identified as Griffin. During the course of the stop, the deputy received consent to search the vehicle from Lombes and located a dozen Percocet pills. Through further investigation, the deputy learned that Griffin gave Lombes the drug. Griffin and Lombes were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Derick Paul Hebert, 32, 1621 Saturn Rd. Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on October 10, 2013 at 9:20 am for distribution of Schedule III (Lortab) and possession of Legend Drug (Flexeril) without a prescription.
Bernie Joseph Metrejean, Sr., 39, 1932 Duhon Blvd. Amelia, LA was arrested on October 10, 2013 at 9:20 am for distribution of Schedule III (Lortab) and possession of Schedule III (Lortab) with intent to distribute.
Detectives of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division conducted an investigation on Hwy. 182 in Berwick, LA and located Lortab and Flexeril pills. During the course of the investigation, detectives witnessed a drug transaction at a nearby business where Hebert distributed the pills to Metrejean. It was also learned that Metrejean distributed pills to another subject at the same location. Hebert and Metrejean were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
