St. Mary Parish Arrest Report

According to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert, during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 37 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Timothy Darby, 36, 1020 Hickory Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 20, 2013 at 10:43 am on two warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court (contempt of court). A deputy located Darby at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin on the warrant. Darby was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond is set at $200,000.

Latisha Cantrelle, 29, 3202 West 32nd. Avenue D, Larose, LA was arrested on August 20, 2013 at 10:57 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of cocaine. A deputy made contact with Cantrelle on Lake Palourde Road in Amelia and learned of the active warrant for her arrest. She was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.

Bryson Skinner, 19, 1061 Grace Street, Siracusaville, LA was arrested on August 20, 2013 at 1:54 pm on a warrant for home invasion, 3 counts of simple battery, and 2 counts of simple assault. A deputy patrolling the Amelia area observed a vehicle known to be driven by Skinner that was parked at a business on Highway 182. The deputy then located Skinner. The warrant stems from an investigation into a report of a home invasion. Skinner entered a residence on Joseph Street in Siracusaville and began pushing and striking two female victims. Skinner also threatened one of the victims via text message. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set. A picture of Skinner is attached.

Charles Adams, 61, 1291 Prairie Road Circle, Franklin, LA was arrested on August 20, 2013 at 2:18 pm on a warrant for telephone harassment. A deputy located Adams at his residence on the warrant. He was released on a summons to appear in court on November 6, 2013.

Gene E. Blick, 53, 2069 Highway 1, Apt. G Labadieville, LA was arrested on August 20, 2013 at 3:16 pm on a warrant for sexual battery. Blick was transported from the Lafourche Parish jail on the warrant. The warrant stems from an investigation that took place in March of 2012 after the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office received a report of a sexual battery that took place at a residence in Bayou Vista. During the course of the investigation, the detective learned that Blick touched a 17 year old male victim without his consent. Blick was brought to the St. Mary Parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set. A picture of Blick is attached.

Quincy J. Johnson, 19, 334 Oriole Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 21, 2013 at 12:14 am on three warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court (contempt of court). A deputy conducting a traffic stop investigation on Friendship Alley in Amelia made contact with a passenger in the vehicle. The passenger was identified as Johnson who held active warrants. Johnson was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. Bond is set at $300,000.
