St. Mary Parish Arrest Report

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division reports the following arrests:
Jade Aucoin, 20, 519 Crenshaw St. Berwick, LA was arrested on January 15, 2013 at 6:40 pm for possession of synthetic cannabinoids, possession of drug paraphernalia, and abuse of toxic vapors.
Jacob Klenert, 18, 526 Teche Road Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on January 15, 2013 at 6:40 pm for possession of synthetic cannabinoids, possession of drug paraphernalia, and abuse of toxic vapors.
Detectives of the St. Mary Parish Narcotics Division observed a vehicle cross the yellow line of Highway 90 and conducted a traffic stop. Contact was made with driver, Jade Aucoin, and passenger, Jacob Klenert. During the investigation, Aucoin granted verbal consent to search the vehicle. Detectives located synthetic cannabinoids and drug paraphernalia. Both were released on a summons to appear in court on April 17, 2013.
Donald Gibson, 50, 3825 Patricia Ln. Harvey, LA was arrested on January 15, 2013 at 7:28 pm for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Detectives with the St Mary Parish Narcotics Division received a complaint from a concerned citizen of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Bayou Vista Truck Stop. Detectives made contact with the driver of the vehicle, Donald Gibson. While speaking with Gibson, detectives detected an odor of raw marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Gibson granted verbal consent to search the vehicle. Detectives located marijuana. Gibson was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond is set.
