St. Mary Parish Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark Hebert during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 28 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Demarcus D. Brown, 31, 4274 Hwy. 83, Franklin, LA was arrested on October 23, 2012 at 4:42 pm on a warrant for simple battery. A deputy patrolling the Glencoe area located Brown at his residence on the warrant. The warrant stems from an investigation into a physical altercation between Brown and another subject. Brown was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. He was released on a $500 bond.
Rodney Granger, 18, 132 Chamber Lane Verdunville, LA was arrested on October 23, 2012 at approximately 2:00 pm at the SMPSO in Franklin, LA on a warrant for simple battery. The warrant stems from an investigation into a battery upon another subject. Granger was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond has been set.
