St. Mary Parish Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark Hebert during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Robert L Mulligan, age 60 of 759 Degravelle Road Amelia, La was arrested on 9-19-2012 at 711am at same address on a Failure to appear warrant on original charge of Possession of Marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids. He was transported the parish jail for processing and incarceration. Bond set at $15,000.00.
Kashonda Richard age 35 of 3203 Hwy 87 Franklin, La. was arrested on 9-19-2012 at 805am at 500 Main street Franklin, La. on charges of Failure to appear in court for issuing worthless checks with bond of $750.00 and a st martin parish warrant for failure to appear in court for expired mvi an driving under suspension. She was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration.
Julian Otis, age 35 of 211 Southeast blvd Bayou Vista, La was arrested on 9-19-2012 at 106pm Wal Mart in Bayou Vista on charge of Theft of merchandise from wal mart in bayou vista amount totaling $26.53. He was released on a summons to appear in court.
Shane Anslum age 32 of 1168 Delmar Street Morgan City, La was arrested on 9-19-2012 at 300pm at the Sheriff's office in Morgan City on a Warrant for Indecent Behavior with a juvenile. During an investigation of the alleged offense deputy was able to obtain a warrant for said charge. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration. No bond at press time.
Louis Plaisance age 89 of 604 Tournament blvd Berwick, La was arrested on 9-19-2012 at 645pm on charge of Hit and Run driving. This was the result of an accident that happened on US 90 in the Amelia area where suspect is accused of causing the accident with another vehicle at the location and left the scene. Suspect was located at his residence and issued a summons to appear in court.
Hung Van Tran age 40 of Pinell Trailer park Baldwin, La was arrested on 9-19-2012 at 701pm on Hwy 83 in Baldwin, La. on charge of Failure to appear in court for operating a vehicle with an improperly secured load. He was transported to the parish jail for processing and incarceration with a bond of $5,000.00
