St. Mary Parish Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark Hebert during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 54 complaints and reports the following arrests.
Darrell Riggins, Jr., 23, 1220 Columbus Ave, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 at 9:43 am on a warrant for obscenity, disturbing the peace, and resisting an officer. Riggins was located at his residence on the warrant. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond was set at the time of the press release.
Khyri Fullwood, 17, 1512 Plum St, Patterson, LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 at 10:07 am at Patterson High School for theft. Investigating a complaint of a recovered bicycle, a deputy developed Fullwood as the suspect in a theft. The bike was reported missing from a Bayou Vista home last month. Fullwood was released on a summons to appear in court on October 29, 2012.
Keelta Junnifer, 21, 426 Idaho St, Morgan City, LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 at 10:45 am at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office in Morgan City on a warrant for simple criminal damage to property and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Junnifer turned herself in after learning of the warrant for her arrest. She was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. She was released on a $3500 bond.
Martha Ford, 47, 107 Friendship Alley, Amelia, LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 at 11:08 am on warrants for 2 counts of aggravated assault and extortion. On August 6, 2012 a deputy responded to a complaint at a business in Amelia. The victims stated that Ford threatened them. Ford was located at her residence and transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond had been set at the time of the press release.
Joshua Ray Brown, 27, 123 Palmer St, Franklin, LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 at 2:17 pm on a warrant for Terrebonne Parish for failure to appear. Brown was located at his residence and transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond had been set at the time of the press release.
Kirk A. Sparrow, 42, 715 McArthur Dr, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 at 2:56 pm on Charenton Levee Rd. on a warrant for probation violation. A deputy responding to a complaint of trespassing learned that one of the subjects, Sparrow, was wanted on a warrant. He was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond had been set at the time of the press release.
Joshua Glen Miles Jones, 215 Lacy Rd, Franklin, LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 at 3:05 pm at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office in Franklin for theft. After viewing surveillance footage, investigators developed Jones as a suspect in the theft of over $500 in merchandise from Wal-Mart in Bayou Vista. Jones was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond had been set at the time of the press release.
Jesse Michael-Glen Vinson, 18, 3687 Hwy. 124 Enterprise, LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 at 3:10 pm at his place of employment on Degravelle Rd. in Amelia, LA on a warrant from Caldwell Parish for indecent behavior with juveniles. Vinson was located on the warrant and transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond had been set at the time of the press release. Vinson was transferred to another jurisdiction.
Neal Landry, 54, 20427 Hwy. 90 East, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 at 3:34 pm on a warrant for criminal trespass. Landry was located at his residence on the warrant. He was released on a summons to appear in court on Otober 29, 2012.
Doug Dilsaver, 29, 112 Moon Rd, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 at 9:21 pm at Wal-Mart for theft. A deputy responded to a complaint of a shoplifter at the store. Upon arrival the deputy learned from store security that Dilsaver was observed placing an item in his pants pocket. The item, a pellet gun scope, is valued at $21.57. Dilsaver was released on a summons to appear in court October 29, 2012.
Devonne Peters, 602 Iberia St, Franklin LA was arrested on August 15, 2012 on a warrant for Lafayette Parish for principle to simple arson. Peters was located at his residence on the warrant and transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond had been set at the time of the press release.
Dwayne Antoine Collins, 35, 1312 Martn Luther King Rd, Charenton, LA was arrested on August 16, 2012 for disturbing the peace intoxicated. A deputy responded to a complaint from a subject who stated that Collins would not allow her to retrieve her belongings from the residence. While at the home Collins began arguing and yelling at the deputy. The deputy observed the odor of alcohol on Collins' breath. Collins was transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. His bond is set at $250.
