St. Mary Parish Arrest Report

According to Sheriff Mark Hebert during the last 24 hour reporting period the Sheriff's Office responded to 47 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Kathleen Waltman, 40, 4140 Pharr St, Berwick LA was arrested on July 31, 2012 at 9:48 am on Belleview St. in Bayou Vista resisting an officer by flight. Waltman, upon learning of her drug court revocation, fled from a deputy at Fairview Treatment Center in Bayou Vista. Despite her attempt to hide under a bush, the deputy apprehended Waltman. No bond had been set at the time of the press release.
Ebony M. Charles, 21, 330 Nora T. Lane, Shriever, LA was arrested on July 31, 2012 at 4:17pm for criminal trespass. A deputy was called to Wal-Mart in Bayou Vista. Upon arrival the deputy learned from the store manager that Charles attempted to steal an air conditioning unit but then ran from the store leaving the merchandise and her wallet behind. Charles later contacted the SMPSO in order to retrieve her wallet. The deputy located the suspect who was released on a summons to appear in court on October 4, 2012.
The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division reports the following arrests:
Murray Bridget, Jr., 34, 110B MLK St, Patterson, LA was arrested on July 31, 2012 at 6:22pm at the address listed above on warrants for possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule I (MDMA) with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of CDS in the presence of a juvenile, violation of CDS law (Drug Free Zone). Agents located Bridget who was wanted on the warrants. The charges are a result of an investigation in which agents previously located Marijuana, Ecstasy, and drug paraphernalia in Bridget's home.
