St. Mary Narcotics Arrest Report

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division reports the following arrests:
Steve Anthony Berryhill, 41, 1468 Fairmont Ave. Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on September 12, 2012 at 2:37 pm at the residence listed above on warrants for possession of methamphetamine, possession of Legend Drug (Diclofenac), possession of Schedule II (Vyvanse), possession of Legend Drug (Lamictal), possession of Legend Drug (Seroquel), possession of Legend Drug (Welbutrin), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm in the presence of CDS.
Tanya Carter, 34, 1468 Fairmont Ave. Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on September 12, 2012 at 2:37 pm at the residence listed above on warrants for possession of Schedule IV (Valium), possession of Schedule III (Suboxen), and possession of Schedule IV (Alprozolam).
Agents of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division located the suspects at their home on the warrant. The warrant for Berryhill stems from an investigation at his residence during which agents located pills, methamphetamine, and firearms. The warrant for Carter is a result of a separate investigation in which agents located pills on Carter during a traffic stop. Both were transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. No bond had been set for either suspect at the time of the press release.
