St. Mary Drug Task Force Arrest Report: January 29, 2010

The St. Mary Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force, consisting of St. Mary Sheriff Dept., Morgan City Police Dept., Franklin Police Dept., Baldwin Police Dept.., Berwick Police Dept., and Chitimacha Police Dept.. report the following arrests:

Chantelle Harris 30 yoa of 728 Teche Road, Bayou Vista was arrested on 1-28-2010 at 8:39 pm for Possession of Marijuana. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force were patrolling the Morgan City area, when they conducted a traffic stop for above suspect being stopped in the roadway on Garber St

Agent conducted an investigation and received consent to search vehicle and located a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 4-7-2010.
