St. Mary Drug Task Force Arrest Report: February 8, 2010

The St. Mary Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force, consisting of St. Mary Sheriff Dept., Morgan City Police Dept., Franklin Police Dept., Baldwin Police Dept.., Berwick Police Dept., and Chitimacha Police Dept.. report the following arrests:

Mathew Guienze 18 yoa of 605 Beech St., Franklin was arrested on 2-5-2010 at 3:20 pm for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force along with Detectives were conducting an investigation at
605 Beech St.
in Franklin. During investigation consent to search the residence was received with Agents locating two bags of marijuana along with drug paraphernalia. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $10,000.00 bond and was later released.

Randy A. Joseph 18 yoa of 206 Talbot St., Franklin was arrested on 2-5-2010 at 3:20 pm for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Agents of the Narcotics Task Force were assisting Franklin Police Department Detectives with an investigation at
206 Talbot St.
in Franklin where a search of the residence was conducted. During the search of the residence Agents located loose marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the residence. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 5-5-2010.
