14 yr old juvenile of hwy 83 Franklin, la was arrested on 1-26-12 at 944 am on charges of simple assault. This was at the alternative school where the student threatened one of the teachers. He was released to a family member and is pending juvenile court action.
Willie Vallet Jr age 44 of 170 Verdun Lane Franklin, La was arrested on 1-26-12 at 104pm on warrants for Failure to appear for court original charges of DWI 1st, Disturbing the peace, Threatening a public official, resisting an officer, simple battery, driving under suspension, improper lane use and speeding. He was transported to the parish jail for processing. Released on $7,000.00 bond.
Brooke Fuselier age 24 of 133 Lenny's Lane Morgan City, La was arrested on 1-26-12 at 156pm on charges of Theft of goods at the Wal Mart in Bayou Vista, La. Released on summons.
