St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Press Release

According to Sheriff Mark A. Hebert during the last 120 hours the Sheriff's Office responded to 199 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Chazz A. Barnes 23 yoa of 101 Arstille Road, Morgan City was arrested on 2-17-2012 at 9:45 am on a warrant for Disturbing the Peace. Suspect was located in the Morgan City area, placed under arrest on warrant and issued a summons to appear in court on 5-23-2012.

Sharon Y. Asher 33 yoa of 122 Windsong Lane, Slidell, La. and Ricky D. Bradford 41 yoa of 5424 North Bayou Black Dr., Gibson, La. were arrested on 2-17-2012 at 10:27 am with Asher being charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Bradford being arrested on a warrant for Terrebonne Parish for Domestic Abuse Battery. Deputy was patrolling the Amelia area, when he observed a vehicle parked in a wooded area. Deputy approached suspect vehicle and located above suspects. Upon Deputy speaking with suspects an odor of marijuana was observed upon their person's. Deputy received consent to search and located a bag of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. It was also learned of a warrant for Bradford's arrest. After investigation both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with Asher having a $3500.00 bond at this time and Bradford being released to Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office.

Satina E. Hills 26 yoa of 4006 Relius Ronsonet St., Jeanerette, La. was arrested on 2-18-2012 at 2:19 am for Driving Under Suspension. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 182 in the Baldwin area, when suspect vehicle was travelling in the oncoming lane of traffic. Deputy conducted a traffic stop and during investigation learned that suspect was driving under suspension. Suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 5-23-2012.

Donna Reed Guillory 40 yoa of 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista was arrested on 2-18-2012 at 2:54 am on warrants for Failure to Appear on the charge of Speeding and Failure to Appear for Probation Review Hearing. Deputy was called to above location in reference a disturbance. During investigation it was learned of warrants for suspect's arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with an $823.50 bond and was later released.

., Patterson was arrested on 2-19-2012 at 3:56 am for
Improper Lane
Usage, Driving Under Suspension and Possession of Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle. Deputy was patrolling Hwy 182 in the Bayou Vista area, when he observed suspect vehicle cross the center line. Deputy conducted a traffic stop and during investigation learned that suspect was driving under suspension. Deputy also located an open alcoholic beverage in the vehicle. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 5-23-2012.

Steve Reynoza 57 yoa of 1035 Fifth St., Morgan City was arrested on 2-19-2012 at 12:18 pm for Speeding, No Driver's License on Person and Possession of Cocaine. Deputy was patrolling
Lake Palourde Road
in Amelia, when he observed suspect vehicle speeding and conducted a traffic stop. During investigation it was learned that suspect didn't have his driver's license on his person. During a search of suspect's person two rocks of crack cocaine were located. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.

David Stives Jr. 23 yoa of 103 Homestead Lane, Patterson was arrested on 2-20-2012 at 1:41 pm on a warrant for Disturbing the Peace by Fighting. Suspect came into the Morgan City Sheriff's Office, when it was learned of a warrant for his arrest. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $250.00 bond and was later released.

Andrew Washington 41 yoa of 914 Cypremort St., Jeanerette and J'Lexas Washington 20 yoa of 808 Jefferson Terrace Road, Hew Iberia, La. were arrested on 2-20-2012 at 3:52 pm for Simple Battery with J'Lexas Washington also being charged with Criminal Damage to Property. Deputy was called to
225 Dixie Road
in Franklin in reference to a disturbance. Upon Deputy's arrival it was learned that above suspects got into a fight after J'Lexas tore stickers off of a vehicle. After investigation both suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with Andrew having a $500.00 bond and J'Lexas having a $1500.00 bond both were later released.

Daniel Robertson 27 yoa, Donyll Robertson 20 yoa and Devone Robertson 17 yoa all of 258 Jones Road # 1, Jeanerette were arrested on 2-21-2012 at 2:43 pm for Disturbing the Peace by Fighting. Deputies were in the area of
Jones Road
# 1 in reference to a disturbance complaint. While Deputies were in the area the above suspects made their way to
268 Jones Road
and began causing a disturbance with a group at the residence and trying to fight with subjects at the residence. After several attempts to have suspects leave the area, they were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $250.00 bond and were later released.

Darrell J. Schannette 51 yoa of 881 St. Peter St., Jeanerette was arrested on 2-21-2012 at 7:40 pm on a warrant for Violation of a Protective Order and was also charged with Violation of a Protective Order (second offense), Simple Criminal Damage to Property and Disturbing the Peace. Deputy was called to
881 St. Peter St.
in reference to suspect causing a disturbance and violating a restraining order. Upon Deputy's arrival Jeanerette Police Department was on scene and had detained suspect. Deputy spoke to complainant who advised that suspect came to residence causing a disturbance and wanting to come into the residence and when she refused suspect kicked the door in and began throwing items around the residence. After investigation suspect was placed under arrest on above charges and booked into the parish jail with no bond at this time.
