St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Arrest Report
Date: January 7, 2010

According to Sheriff David Naquin during the last 24 hours the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Stacy Williams 28 yoa of 1801 Rose St., Berwick was arrested on 1-6-2010 at 2:53 pm on a warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks. Suspect was located at her residence, placed under arrest and issued a summons to appear in court on 4-7-2010.

Terrilyn Garner 33 yoa of 625 Seventy-nine Pine Lane, Bayou Vista was arrested on 1-6-2010 at 7:08 pm for Disturbing the Peace. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $250.00 bond and was later released.

Sandra Harp 55 yoa of 21230 Morris St., New Caney, Texas was arrested on 1-6-2010 at 7:08 pm for Disturbing the Peace. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $250.00 bond at this time.

Kerry Sons Sr. 47 yoa and Shanna Bryan 28 yoa both of 629 Seventy-nine Pine Lane, Bayou Vista were arrested on 1-6-2010 at 7:08 pm for Disturbing the Peace with Sons also being charged with Resisting an Officer and a warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks. Suspects were placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with Sons having a $2000.00 bond and Bryan having a $250.00 bond at this time.

Kerry Sons Jr. 18 yoa of 102 Billiot Lane, Bayou Vista was arrested on 1-6-2010 at 7:08 pm for Disturbing the Peace. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the parish jail with a $250.00 bond at this time.

Juvenile Male 15 yoa of Bayou Vista was arrested on 1-6-2010 at 7:08 pm for Disturbing the Peace and Simple Battery. Juvenile was placed under arrest, processed and released to guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Above suspects were arrested after an investigation to a disturbance complaint on Seventy-nine Pine Lane. Upon Deputy's arrival it was learned that above suspects were involved in an argument when juvenile committed a battery upon another suspect. After investigation above suspects were placed under arrest.

Belinda Bourque 36 yoa of 2748 Sixth St., Berwick was arrested on 1-7-2010 at 12:51 am on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Drug Court Status Conference. Suspect was located in the Amelia area, placed under arrest on warrant and booked into the parish jail with a $100,000.00 bond at this time.
