If you've ever wanted to be in a movie, you'll have your chance tomorrow. The producers of the Lifetime movie PAPA NOEL are inviting the public to take part in a boat parade scene being filmed Thursday on the Bayou Teche in St. Martinville.
If you want to be an extra, arrive at the RV Festival Grounds by 2:00 P. M. Producers want extras to be in Christmas clothes to keep with the movies theme. Extras are reminded to bring lots of water to stay hydrated.
Filming on PAPA NOEL began Monday. Parts of St. Martinville's downtown area, Evangeline-Longfellow State Park, and the Bayou Teche area will be featured in the film, which stars Ed Asner and Randy Travis.
