Kimberly Kay Guillory, age 49, simple arson and entry/remaining on premises after being forbidden.
Jared Lamark Warren, age 23, 1204 Washington Street, Opelousas, La., theft.
John L. Jones, age 55, 3634 Henry Street, Alexandria, La., bench warrant.
