Press Release: On Monday, January 3, 2011 Eunice City Marshal's Office received information on the whereabouts of Fugitive Clayton Johnson a black male 25 years of age of 741 Lewis St. Eunice, La. The information was verified and provided to the Avoyelles Parish Sheriff's office as well as the U.S. Marshal's Office Violent Offender Task Force of Alexandria, La

On Wednesday, January 5, 2011 Johnson was arrested by the U.S. Marshal's Office Violent Offender Task Force of Alexandria, La. Johnson was arrested at his residence 1478 Hwy. 115 Bunkie, La. Johnson's charges include a Bench Warrant issued by the 27th Judicial District Court (St. Landry Parish) for Forcible Rape and Bench Warrants issued by Eunice City Court for; Negligent Injury, Simple Battery, Entry or Remaining after being Forbidden, Disturbing the Peace and Trespassing.

Eunice City Marshal's Office transported Johnson to Eunice City Jail where he awaits court proceedings.
