Clifton Charlie Lamb, age 33, 9341 Talton, Houston, Texas, felony theft
Martin James Owens, age 21, 160 Andy Rd., Opelousas, La., bench warrant...possession and distribution of cocaine
Glenn Uwell Fontenot, age 42, 1289 Hwy 104, Opelousas, La., simple burglary, theft of goods, uuauthorized use of an access card.
