St. Joesph Dine for the Diner 2013

On April 18, 2013 the community is encouraged to eat out to end hunger by dining at the participating restaurants. Dine for the Diner participating restaurants have agreed to donate 10% of their sales on April 18th to St. Joseph Diner.

For the first time ever Dine for the Diner has an accompanying Food Truck Rally that will be located in the parking lot of Outlaw's Saloon & Dancehall on Johnston Street.

St. Joseph Diner is one of 9 programs of Lafayette Catholic Service Centers that provides essential services to the poor and homeless in Acadiana. The Diner has been known for preparing and serving free lunch meals each day since 1983. In 2012 over 100,000 meals we served to the needy in our community. St. Joseph Diner also provides bread and commodity bags to low income seniors each month and special baskets during the holidays. These services would be impossible without the support of the community and generosity of the restaurants participating in this event.
