St. Edward School 2013 Mardi Gras Parade

For over 26 years, St. Edward School New Iberia, has celebrated Mardi Gras with their very own parade. This years parade was held yesterday, Feb. 6th.
2013 Grand Marshall's were:
Mrs. Peggy Champagne - Educator of the Year
Rob & Andree' Schlicher - Supporters of the Year
First Grade "Royalty" were:
Krewe of Caffery - Queen Madison Narcisse & King William Minvielle
Krewe of Fruge' - Queen Jaiden Russell & King Holden LeBlanc
Krewe of Bourque - Queen Brooklyn Daly & King Mason Guilbeau
Msgr. Ronald Broussard, Pastor of St. Edward Church rode on the fire truck.
Catholic High, New Iberia, Drum Corps came and entertained the students along the parade route and all first and third grade classes walked throwing beads.
The rest of the school along with family and friends watched along the route.
