Spring Acting Classes for Kids Registration Deadline Jan. 17

The Delta Grand Youth Company is a new theatre education program at the Historic Delta Grand Theatre. The classes will be held for ten weeks every Tuesday from 4:30pm to 6pm starting January 2014 and ending in March 2014 with a two weekend production in April 2014.

Spring Instructor Bio:
Aren Chaisson is a local actor, teacher, and native of Lafayette. Aren has over ten years experience working with children in the theatre. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and after graduating moved to Chicago and New York where he worked with such theatres as Child's Play Touring Theatre, Syracuse Stage and Centre Stage. Since returning to Lafayette he has been seen in several plays and two musicals. Aren is excited to share his ideas and experiences to help children find their voice through theatre.
