Special Election Underway in St. Martin Parish

A special election is being held today in St. Martin Parish to fill the house seat vacated by state Sen. Fred Mills R-District 22.

St. Martin Parish councilman Mike "Pete" Huval and St. Martinville city councilman Craig Prosper, both republicans, are the only two candidates on the ballot.
