Sneaux Day at UL

Folks are lacing up their ice skates in Lafayette. Yes, it's cooling down out there, but it's not cold enough for snow or frozen bayous.  The University of Louisiana at Lafayette has created a man-made ice skating rink in front of Martin Hall.

Children will skate from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Adults skate from 5:00-8:00 p.m.

There will also be live music and Santa. Then at six o'clock, President Joseph Savoie will flip the switch, illuminating the holiday lights.

KATC's Maddie Garrett is there, we'll have live reports at 5 and 6 on KATC TV-3.
