Slidell man faces 300 counts of child porn

SLIDELL, La. (AP) - A Slidell man faces 300 counts of possession of child pornography after an investigation revealed the man had been trading child pornography online for years.
Slidell police say 30-year-old George Bogovich is being held at the St. Tammany Parish Jail on $150,000 bond.
Police said Wednesday that Bogovich was trading images of child pornography over the Internet. Detective Brian Brown, who was assigned to the FBI's Innocent Images Task Force, says 300 images and videos of child pornography were discovered on Bogovich's computer.
Police say Bogovich told Brown that while he has downloaded child pornography for several years, he "never touched a child inappropriately."
